“Closure/Continuation Live” impressively documents Porcupine Tree’s return to the stage. The recording of the show at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on 7 November 2022 shows the band in front of 17,000 people.

The live recording allows the listener/viewer to experience the atmosphere up close, while psychotropic visuals accompany the stage action behind the band. Porcupine Tree, meanwhile, play a set of superlative songs that contains – to use Steven Wilson’s words – “no hits”, and yet each song is received like an anthem from an alternate universe.
