Unspoken Words is an audiovisual journey that unfolds in 13 short films. The visual artists were personally selected by Max Cooper and the entire project was creatively directed by him. It is a meditative meta-narrative about the artists’ inner struggle for expression and our collective journey to find our place in the world.

Speaking about the process of writing Unspoken Words, Max said: “I find that existence in my head is a sometimes beautiful, sometimes intense, sometimes raw, chaotic, confusing and relentless experience, and I tried to put as much of that feeling and form into the album as I could.”

Unspoken Words is Cooper’s sixth studio album and the latest in an impressive back catalog that dates back to 2007, when he combined his studies in computational biology with work as a DJ at a local techno club.
