The title “Blueprint” stands for the technical approach to this studio album. It was born out of the idea of connecting the music with a storyline that goes beyond a nebulous lyrical theme. Combining his penchant for the art of screenwriting and film scoring, Ferry has conceived “Blueprint” as a concept release to give his musical vision a broader perspective. Here Ferry Corsten delves into various science fiction works by writers such as Hugo Gernsback and H. G. Wells and gives them a new sonic guise.

Ferry Corsten’s desire to create an album that offers the listener a comprehensive musical experience became reality with “Blueprint” on Pure Audio Blu-ray. The successful DJ, producer and remixer has teamed up with sound engineer Ronald Prent to transform his album into a comprehensive 9.1 music journey in AURO-3D.
