Justin Gray’s Immersed is a cinematic album composed, recorded and produced from the ground up for immersive audio.

Featuring 38 artists from around the world, the project places the listener at the center of a 360-degree orchestra surrounded by performances from all directions. Created by Juno Award-winning bassist, producer and sound engineer Justin Gray, Immersed celebrates artistry and collaboration, drawing on diverse musical influences including jazz, Indian classical and global music traditions.

Every sound on this album was played, recorded and produced with the intention of captivating the listener. The result is an experience where the Dolby Atmos mix is not a translation of the music, but the music itself. The stunning imagery of the film connects the audience with the musicians in the studio, capturing the joy and intensity of the recording process in dialog with dance, art and the natural world.
