The concert film »The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension – Live from Krakow« will be released worldwide on Blu-ray. Shot in cinema quality during the internationally acclaimed »A New Dimension« tour and supplemented by spectacular scenes from the original films, this more than two-hour concert film presents 17 of Hans Zimmer’s best-known compositions as new, large-format orchestral suites.

For this unique concert in Krakow, Hans Zimmer can be seen personally on stage — alongside his long-time musical companions Pedro Eustache, Lisa Gerrard, Lebo M., Juan García-Herreros, Eliane Correa, Rusanda Panfili, Aleksandra Šuklar and Lucy Landymore. They will be accompanied by the Odessa Orchestra & Friends and the Nairobi Chamber Choir under the direction of Gavin Greenaway.

Highlights include the suite from “No Time to Die”, which is performed in the style of a cello concerto, the atmospheric “A Time of Quiet Between the Storms” from “Dune: Part Two” and a monumental suite with themes from “The Prince of Egypt”. In addition, Zimmer takes up one of his classics from the 1990s with his “The Rock” suite. Other suites are dedicated to »Interstellar«, »Inception«, »Sherlock Holmes«, »Gladiator«, »The Lion King«, »Pirates of the Caribbean« and other iconic works. In addition to the concert recordings, the Blu-ray contains interviews with Hans Zimmer as well as a behind-the-scenes documentary.
