“One Of These Nights” was a milestone for the Eagles: Their fourth studio album, released in 1975, reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and produced three Top 5 hits: the title track, “Lyin’ Eyes” (which won a Grammy® for Best Pop Performance by a Group), and “Take It To The Limit.” The album was certified quadruple platinum in the U.S.

This Deluxe Edition presents the album in a completely new 2025 mix by Rob Jacobs, who previously served as co-producer on “Hell Freezes Over.” On the Blu-ray Audio disc, Jacobs has mixed both the studio album and the live concert in Dolby Atmos—a format that perfectly showcases the distinctive sound of this lineup: the polyphonic harmonies, Bernie Leadon’s banjo and guitar work as a distinct layer of sound, and the precise interplay of the instrumental parts. The Blu-ray is complemented by high-resolution stereo versions of both recordings.

The centerpiece of the Deluxe Edition is a previously unreleased concert recording from September 28, 1975, at Anaheim Stadium—16 songs spread across two CDs. The setlist ranges from “Take It Easy” and “Desperado” to “Lyin’ Eyes” and “Take It To The Limit,” culminating in a joint performance of “Rocky Mountain Way” with Joe Walsh, who would join the band a few months later as Leadon’s successor. It was Leadon’s final performance with the Eagles—a historical record of a turning point in the band’s history.
