Some great Releases on Pure Audio Blu-ray were nominated for the 62nd GRAMMY Awards

2L with Morten Lindberg, a frequent nominee in the classical producer categories, was nominated twice for Best Immersive Audio Album and also Producer of the Year, Classical. For the latter, he is being recognized for 6 albums he produced. An astonishing achievement that we hope he gets rewarded for. The LUX album is definitely a favourite among Pure Audio Blu-Ray enthusiasts of this year. It has been nominated for Best Immersive Audio Album and is performed by Nidarosdomens jentekor and TrondheimSolistene. LUX is the conceptual sequel to MAGNIFICAT (nominated Best Surround Sound Album to the 58th GRAMMY Awards)

The Sono Luminus record label can boast a best album nominee for Best Engineered Album, Classical. The title is AEQUA by Anna Thorvaldsdottir and was performed by the International Contemporary Ensemble. It was engineered by Daniel Shores. It was positively reviewed by the New York Times; NPR and Spin magazine. Most of them highly anticipated its release too.
