This documentation of the spectacular multi-media 3-D performances of the electronic pioneers Kraftwerk in the world‘s leading art museums (Museum of Modern Art New York, Tate Modern London, New National Gallery Berlin and many others) from 2012 to 2016 is published in the highest picture and sound quality with breathtaking high-resolution 3-D visuals and state-of-the-art audio in Dolby Atmos.

3-D includes the title tracks from Kraftwerk’s eight classic albums in chronological order: “Autobahn,” “Radioactivity,” “Trans Europa Express,” “Die Mensch-Maschine,” “Computerwelt,” “Techno Pop,” “The Mix” and “Tour De France.” Audiences and critics worldwide showed fantastic reactions and unanimous enthusiasm for the multi-media performances by Ralf Hütter, Henning Schmitz, Fritz Hilpert and Falk Grieffenhagen. In 2014, Kraftwerk founder and composer Ralf Hütter received the Grammy Lifetime Award for his life’s work.

Kraftwerk have written music history for almost five decades now and are considered the forefathers of various music genres such as electro, hip hop, synth pop, minimal and especially techno. Since its beginnings in the early 1970s, the multi-media project Kraftwerk has been linked to the developments of state-of-the-art technologies and has anticipated and significantly shaped the soundtrack of our computer age.
