Shipping times
We ship via Deutsche Post or DHL. Unless otherwise stated, domestic (Germany) shipments are made within 3-6 days.
Shipments within the European Union will be made within 4-14 days after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment is agreed from the date of payment instruction). The delivery time depends on the country of the recipient.
Shipments outside the European Union will be made within 7-48 days after the conclusion of the contract (if prepayment is agreed from the date of the payment order). Delivery time depends on the country of the recipient.<\/p>

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery dates (especially pre-orders), we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order is that of the item with the longest delivery time.<\/p>

Shipping takes place Monday – Friday, except on holidays.<\/p>

3. Pre-Order Items<\/h2>

Pre-orders will be shipped at the earliest one day before appearing.<\/p>

Payment is due upon ordering.<\/p>
